The Fisher Space Pen Pressurized Ballpoint PR refill is the standard refill for most Fisher Space Pen models. Since this refill is shipped with an adapter, it can be used in most pens that take a Parker Style G2 refill. Because it is pressurized, it can write upside-down or in zero-G conditions. Fisher offers this refill in fine, medium, and broad line widths. All widths are available in blue and black ink, and some widths are available in red, green, burgundy, brown, silver, purple, and turquoise. The Schmidt MegaLine 4889 refill is the only substitute pressurized refill on the market. Delta, Diplomat, and Otto Hutt also offer rebranded 4889 refills.
