BIC is the Connecticut-based maker of retractable and stick-type pens. They have a limited line of refills, including retractable ballpoint stick refills. Their Gelocity refill will fit various rollerball or gel roller pens. Their Cristal pen is one of the most ubiquitous pens in the world. That pen can take a B3 refill.
