Parker is a American maker of fine pens. Their fountain pens take a proprietary ink cartridge that also works in Aurora fountain pens. Their ballpoint pens take a Parker style (obviously) G2 refill, while their rollerball pens take a proprietary refill. Compatible refills are offered by Jaymo, Monteverde, and other refill makers. The Parker 5th takes a unique refill, making the pen a refill-based fountain pen.
